Allis0n Robles - Artistic Director
Allison is a passionate and driven woman who is currently studying to receive a bachelors degree in Sports Psychology. For three consecutive years beginning at the age of 13, she received the "National Trainee" scholarship from American Ballet Theatre. With 15 years old she became homeschooled and dedicated her life to ballet training with Magaly Suarez at The Art of Classical Ballet. Allison was accepted with 18 years old to the prestigious ballet competition Prix de Lausanne in Switzerland, where she received company position offers. She later suffered a terrible foot injury and her professional ballet career came to an end. Allison did not let that stop her from pursing her passion for dance and she turned the tables around. For that she became 500-Hour comprehensively trained in Pilates. She also began teaching dance privately and in local ballet studios. Allison is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. She's always hungry to keep learning & growing as an instructor. Her choreographed pieces placed 1st & 2nd in multiple ballet competitions in the US. She won the "Outstanding Choreographer" award at YAGP 2019, with one of her pieces. Through positivity and love Allison's goal is to train dancers to become the ultimate Athletic Artist and be prepared for any professional experience they may encounter. She's so excited to begin this new chapter in her life and to see what the future holds for InHouse Expressions.
Carolina Perez - Mindfulness & Acting Instructor
Carolina, a South Florida native, has been blessed to grow up in an artistic family, where inviting the whole neighborhood over for musicals and film viewings was the norm. She continued on to receive a BFA in Acting at NYU in 2015, where she starred as lead actress in an independent film called Tryst. She followed her passion for wellness and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through CorePower Yoga. Carolina continues teaching yoga and mindfulness to children and adults of all abilities. Carolina's uplifting and nurturing style creates a safe space for all to explore, discover, and grow. Carolina is also excited to say she is the Theatre Coordinator at the wonderful school, Space of Mind. Carolina plans on receiving her MFA in Expressive Arts Therapies.
ELIANA GIRARD - Contemporary and Pilates Instructor
Eliana knew at a young age she wanted to make a difference in the community through her God given passion of dance. She moved to New York City at 16 and danced for American Ballet Theater, Joffrey Ballet, and Alvin Ailey. Eliana's next adventure brought her to Montreal and Las Vegas to fulfill her dream of being an aerialist for Cirque du Soleil as an original cast member for their new show Viva Elvis. Following the end of that contract she went on to audition for the tv show, "So You Think You Can Dance." She had the experience of a lifetime and was blessed with winning the season 9 show as America's favorite dancer. After that tremendous success she went on to tour with Taylor Swift internationally for her RED Tour. Eliana is seen in some of Taylor's music videos such as Red, 21, and Me. She's also performed in shows like Glee, Bones, and Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Other performances include the VMA's, Brit Awards, CMA's, Billboard Music Awards, and the Grammy's. Following the success of a commercial dance career, Eliana was looking for more artistic fulfillment in the concert realm. She spent 2017 dancing in Israel with the Batsheva ensemble and the company Vertigo. Eliana currently travels the states teaching technique and movement of all genres to young and up and coming artists. Her goal is to give students the vocabulary, confidence, and knowledge to express themselves in an unlimited way. Eliana has found such emotional healing and connection to God through dance, that she hopes to share her enlightened experience with as many individuals as possible. Ms. Girard believes through choreography, she can serve a higher purpose, by bringing glory to God and praise for the blessings of this universal language.
Isabella Murcia - Contemporary & Pilates Instructor
Isabella's love for dance started at the age of 4 at The Florida Dance Conservatory, training in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, pointe and modern. She attended various studios in South Florida where she gained a vast understanding of different styles and techniques. She began dancing competitively at the age of 7 and went on to win several national titles. Isabella attended both Bak Middle School of the Arts and A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts where she had the privilege of working with choreographers such as Levi Marsman, Soloman Dumas, Billy Bell and Maria Konrad. She went on to attend Florida State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with majors in Public Relations and Retail Merchandising. Throughout her time at FSU, she continued dancing with the Level Dance Company and choreographed pieces for various community events. Isabella has found her place in the dance world with teaching and choreographing. She loves to help dancers of all ages find their true potential and strengthen their dance technique. She has now been teaching various styles at both beginner and advanced levels for the past 5 years and loves sharing her love for dance with her students. Dance has and will always be a major part of Isabella's life!
Veronica Polanco - Mindfulness & Yoga Instructor
Always being passionate about health and wellness, and being a very spiritual person herself, Veronica instantly fell in love with yoga since day one. From then on, she became an assiduous yoga practitioner, realizing that it not only made her feel better on a physical level, doing things she wouldn't imagine she could do on her mat, but on a spiritual and mental level too, on and off of the mat. At some point in her life, she felt the need to share what she has learned throughout this venture with the people around her and that's how she decided to take a step forward to officially became a Yoga Instructor. Teaching and helping others to practice mindfulness and became more proficient on her practice became her new passion. Combined with her Health Coach career she has been inspired by her students and clients to become a better teacher and professional, and a better person above all. # of years teaching yoga: 5
Olivier Pardina - Ballet Master Instructor
A native of France, Olivier Pardina was born to be a dancer. At age 10, inspired by his father, he begins his training under his watchful eyes before moving to Paris to continue his studies with the Master Teachers of the Paris Opera. At age sixteen, he is promoted to Principal Dancer with the Nice Opera House (France); four years later he is offered a contract by celebrated choreographer Maurice Bejart after winning the first prize in a National Ballet Competition. As a Principal Dancer, Pardina performs with various prominent European Ballet Companies and tours extensively as a guest artist and as ambassador of the French culture. He performs around the world the leading roles of the Grand Ballets of the repertory and contemporary pieces. He is chosen by renowned choreographers to perform their work; amongst so many others, Birgit Cullberg in the Ballet "Miss Julie" alternating with Rudolf Nuryev's and Hans Van Manen in the Ballets "Songs without words", "Five Tangos" and "Septet Extra"... During a tribute to French choreographers, he is chosen by Serge Lifar to perform his production of "Suite en Blanc" and by Marcia Haydee to perform a filmed production of Serge Lifar's "Phedra". Invited by the RAI, the Italian TV channel, he performs in a film production of "Romeo and Juliet" with the Roma Opera House and he is selected by Moses Pendleton, creator of the Momix and Pilobolus Dance companies to perform his world premier creation of the role "Pulcinella". While performing with the Ballet Theatre Français, Pardina is chosen by Rudolf Nureyev as his alternate for several international tours, notably at the Coven Garden in London in the role of "Petrouchka" where Pardina received a standing ovation. As a recipient of the teaching degree awarded by the French government, he is called upon by Rosella Hightower to evaluate the level of the National Conservatory of Dance and he is later appointed as Artistic director and Principal Teacher of the school of the Nice Opera Ballet. In 1991, after years of performing on stage, Pardina moves to Florida and dedicates his full time to nurturing the next generation of dancers as a full time faculty at the Harid Conservatory. Under his well-versed and accomplished coaching, his students have won major prizes at the renowned Prix de Lausanne (Switzerland), the Youth America Grand Prix in New York and California Dance Classics to name a few. Many of his students are now Principal Dancers with renowned Ballet Companies (American Ballet Theatre, San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, Houston Ballet...) As a guest teacher, he has taught at the Rock School in Philadelphia, the Orlando Ballet School, the San Francisco Ballet School, the National RDA in Phoenix... and he is regularly invited in South America particularly in Brazil and Mexico. He was invited by the American Ballet Theatre, the Teatro de Rio de Janeiro and the Cordoba Ballet Company (Argentina) to teach the company. From 2013 to 2017, Olivier Pardina was Principal Teacher of the Pre-Professional division of the Miami City Ballet School. In 2017, Pardina, in very high demand as a teacher and as a jury member for national and international Ballet competitions, decided to work exclusively as a freelance artist.
Maria Carolina - Founder/Event Planner
Maria Carolina graduated from Hospitality Management in 2000 and was hired right away at an Event Planning Company. She gained a lot of experience in all kinds of event including weddings and casino nights. Later, she began working as a sales director and manager for 11 years with a well known company in the chemical industry in Colombia. In 2014, Maria and her husband along with her two kids decided to open up their first business called InHouse Soccer. They valued their love of family and serving others which allowed the business to thrive. Now she is beginning a new chapter of her business which her passion for the arts is focused on Ballet, meanwhile she continues serving the people with personalized event of high quality.
